Hello I'm Jordan Gilbert, I'm a Junior level UX Designer that is looking for an employer to provide me with the space to make mistakes (once) and learn from them. Since discovering my passion for UX design during a bootcamp with General Assembly, Iʼve embraced the idea that innovation is the canvas for creativity. Aside from maintaining a user-centric mindset, Iʼm somebody that looks to be rewarded for outside of the box thinking - so itʼs absolutely integral that I choose an employer that encourages their people to be growth minded leaders, and is also not adverse to innovation.

I would love to join an organisation who has a drive for equality and fairness across the board, as this resonates with my own values of helping people who are at a disadvantage, by providing impactful designs and solutions that allows them to operate on the same level as everybody else.
